Aluminum composite factory

We  can do any within 1570mm wide aluminum composite ,such as:

1250X4640X4   £¨0.5+3+0.5£©=4mm

1570X4500X4   £¨0.5+3+0.5£©=4mm

1570X5010X4   £¨0.5+3+0.5£©=4mm

The thickness of the aluminum is 0.5 mm. The overall thickness of the aluminum composite is 4 mm. The following are the cross section :0.5 mm alu / 3 mm PE / 0.5 mm alu

The overall length is 4.6 m with the width 1.25m or 1.57 m. 

The surface coating of the alu panel must have PVDF.

Colours : White, sky blue and seaform green and any other color can do also!
